Skin Problem: Those that have sensitive skin or for those that notice their skin pigments easily, the problem may be Thinning Skin. For this skin type, the IIHB Doctor will prescribe the Skin Rehabilitation Regimen, which is a collagen treatment, that will help to thincken the skin
and prepare it for the exfoliating process of the Standard Treatment.

Dermascope Analysis: The main thing the doctor will be looking for to check for Thinning Skin will be the appearance of blood vessels at or
near the surface of the skin.

What skin conditions are best suited for the Skin Rehabilitation regimen?
After the doctor examines your skin with the Dermascope, he will be looking for signs of thinning skin, such as blood vessels close to the surface of your skin. So those with thinning skin and/or sensitive skin are the best candidates to begin using the Skin Rehabilitation regimen.

How long will I use the Skin Rehabilitation?
Generally, most users will be on the Skin Rehabilitation regimen for 1 to 2 months, but the IIHB doctor will advice you on how long to use it and when to move on to the next step.

Will the Skin Rehabilitation regimen get rid of my age spots and pigmentation?
No, the Skin Rehabilitation is used to prepare your skin for the peeling process of the Standard Treatment. It will not lighten your age spots or pigmentation. It may, however, have a positive effect on your wrinkles and your skin's firmness.

What should I expect while I am on the Skin Rehabilitation regimen?
Some users experience mild breakouts during the Skin Rehabilitation regimen, but this is usually due to the deep dirt of the skin being exfoliated to
the surface. This is normal and should subside within a few days of continued use.

After I'm done with the Skin Rehabilitation, what is the next step?
After following the doctor's instructions and finishing the Skin Rehabilitation regimen, the doctor will again examine your skin with the Dermascope.
Usually, the doctor will then advise you to go on to the Standard

  Standard Treatment

Skin Problem: The Standard Treatment is recommended for those that have visible signs of aging, such as age spots, sun damage, pigmentation,dark circles, wrinkles and fine lines. This is also an excellent treatment to lighten Melasma, a form of pigmentation common during and after pregnancy. For all these skin problems, the IIHB Doctor will prescribe the Standard Treatment, which is an exfoliating treatment designed to bring out the best of the skin combined with powerful skin lighteners that help reduce the appearance of skin pigmentation and age spots. The Standard Treatment also contains powerful
anti-oxidants that combat free-radical damage and reduce the visible signs of aging, and to give the skin a nice even tone.		    
     
    Dermascope Analysis: The doctor will be looking for numerous things prior to the start of the Standard Treatment. The doctor will check your pigmentation, and depending on its size (large spots are usually shallow while small spots are usually deep), will determine how long it will take to treat. The deeper the pigmentation, the longer the time it will require treatment. Also, he will check how deep your wrinkles are if you have clogged pores, if your skin is oily or dry, and a few other skin conditions. This will allow him to make an accurate analysis of the conditon of your skin and what treatment to prescribe. After the Standard Treatment,the doctor will be looking for signs of increase in collagen in the skin and evidence of baby hair (brand new growth), which suggests brand new, youthful skin.
       
                 
    Benefit of the System

Improvements: After 1-3 months use of the Standard Treatmnet, users will begin to experience an improvement in the tone of the skin. Users will also experience an improvement in the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Pigmentation and age spots will begin to fade and the skin will have a more even tone. Some users even report a feeling of skin “tightness”. Upon being examined with the Dermascope, the doctor's skin analysis should show an improvement in the color and visibility of pigmentation, the user's skin will show more collagen, and an increase of baby hair indicating new, youthful skin.

How does Nutracine Skin Care System differ from other skin care products?

If I am using a similar skin care product(s), can I switch to Nutracine Skin Care system?
Yes. You can start the treatment tonight.

I just had a laser / dermabrasion / TCA (trichloroacetic acid) peeling recently, can I use Nutracine Skin Care System?
It will be safe to wait for 3 weeks before starting the treatment.

How long should I use the Nutracine Skin Care System?
The TREATMENT part of the regimen should be followed for 3 months maximum. After 3 months we recommend the use of the MAINTENANCE regimen.

What if I still have pigmentation / acne / wrinkles after 3 months of treatment?
Then you may want to consider the alternate method of maintenance and treatment: 5 days in a week you will follow the maintenance regimen and 2 days (usually Wednesday and Saturday or Thursday and Sunday) a week you will do the treatment.

While I am on treatment can I use other products or make-up?
No. We do not want you to use any other products or make-up because of the possibility that it may change the pH of the Nutracine products and may result in a decrease of its efficacy.

What about the use of make-up on an occasional basis?
Yes. For special occasions (i.e. weddings, birthdays, or other parties) the use of make-up is allowed, only once a month or every 2 months—but not on a regular basis.

When I am using the product can I stay under the sun?
Yes, if you protect yourself from UV radiation with the Nutracine Sunscreen SPF 30+. This should be included in the daytime regimen. So, for regular activities like driving to work in the office, walking on lunch break and going home the use of Nutracine #7 Sunscreen is highly recommended.

What if I work in the backyard, play golf, tennis and basketball?
We advise you to use the Nutracine Sunscreen every 4 hours. It will be helpful to wear a wide brim hat and long sleeve for extra protection against sun damage.

Can I go swimming while I am on treatment?
No. Because of the possibility that bacteria, chlorine and other contaminants may enter the skin.

What is the youngest age a patient can start using the Nutracine Skin Care System?
14 years old and above.

I have oily, sensitive skin. Can I use the product?
Yes. Oily skin may become oilier in the first few weeks of treatment, due to the deep cleansing effects of the system--if this happens, use clear touch paper to blot the oil on the skin. Later in the treatment, the skin should become less oily.

If I am on the Standard Treatment of the Nutracine Skin Care System, can I do waxing, dermabrasion or laser?
No. Because these involve the use of heat and mechanical pressure that may affect the skin.

Will the use of Nutracine Skin Care system affect my eyebrow or lip tattoo?
No, the products will not affect any tattoos—it is designed to lighten natural pigmentations, usually caused by melanin.

What will I do if I develop redness, itchiness or hives?

Can I use the Nutracine Skin Care system if I am pregnant or if I am planning to become pregnant?
No, the use of the products is not recommended for use if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or may be pregnant.

Can I use the Nutracine Skin Care system if I am breast-feeding?
No, do not use the products if you are breastfeeding.
